Showering is a simple way to maintain daily hygiene. However, in a hurry we sometimes do these errors and we are usually not even aware of them.
- Do not change the sponge regularly
The sponge should be changed every three weeks, and many of us rarely do. Well, if you knew how many bacteria are accumulating on it, maybe you would not use it because it is these bacteria that go on your own skin. - Brush your teeth in the shower

- Wash your hair every day

A shower with hot water may relax you, but also remove the protective layer on the skin. That is why the skin becomes drier, and more prone to diseases. Actually the cold water has a very good effect on the body.
- You are wiping too hard
Intensive hair loss and skin loss of the body can disrupt the natural balance and cause dryness and irritation. Instead it is recommended to gently pat with a towel, and many suggest that maybe it is even better not to wipe off, but to apply the protective lotion on wet skin.
