Many everyday obligations such as disputes, binding deadlines, traffic jam, lack of sleep, etc., can cause a headache. Overall, headache is a reaction we get from our body after a physical or emotional stress. These stresses can cause muscle spasms in the head and neck and thus create tension pain in this area. They can also cause contraction and later relaxation of the blood vessels, which can create vascular or migraine headache. Often, the cause of the headache can be hardened or infected sinuses.
Yet despite the great discomfort that the headaches cause, most of the time they are temporary and can easily be cured without the help of medication. Before you try to solve the problem with a pill, try some of the following natural ways.
Tea from ginger root
Ginger can help against migraines by preventing the synthesis of prostaglandins (fatty acids that are generated in the human body and have a strong physiological effect). More important is that ginger is helpful in reducing sickness that migraine creates. Prepare the tea so that in 250 millilitres of water you will put ¾ from ginger root and let it simmer for about 30 minutes

Drink the tea slowly while you relax in some place quiet.

Researchers say that those who suffer from migraines should always have this important mineral in the medicine cabinet. According to the studies, these people have magnesium deficiency in the brain during the “attack” or a general deficit of magnesium in the body. But it should be noted that magnesium can cause diarrhoea.
Vitamin B2
According to one study, the intake of 400 milligrams of vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin can reduce the chance of migraine by 50%. In 60% of volunteers who had regularly consumed this quantity of vitamin B2, the results were positive.
