Pans are unique cooking pots. We use them very often, and sometimes not just one, but several. No wonder that quite quickly, on their bottom and sides, a thicker layer of grease piles up.
The chemical methods for removal of these problems are not so effective, and sometimes not at all. We have to be sure to work in rubber gloves when using chemicals, and smell (not to mention the stench) of all these household chemicals is unbearable and can cause allergy. However, there are very simple ways of removing burnt food fast, and without chemicals.
- Easy way to clean the pan from food:
Clean one medium-sized potato. Cut it in half and dip one half in baking soda.
Next, rub the half, as a sponge on the bottom of the pots or pans. You need to invest a little effort, but the result will be visible immediately.
If you want to clean your pans or pots this way, it is necessary to periodically renew the slices of potato, or, occasionally cut off the dirty part. Also, it should be immersed in baking soda more often, because the grease is in fact, cleaned with a combination of pure juice of potatoes and baking soda.
- You can remove the grease of the walls of the pot, with the help of ordinary tea bags
Take a dry, unused tea bag, and just go with it on the inner wall of the pot, that has the grease. You will immediately notice that the grease dissolves, as if absorbed in the tea bag. 2-3 tea bags and – “goodbye fat”. For this purpose, buy the cheapest tea in bags.
- You can also remove the grease from the outside of the pans and pots cooking them in a solution of baking soda
Take the higher bowl in which you can fit in the pan or pot, pour into it 4-5 tablespoons of baking soda and pour water. Cook for 30-50 minutes. Then just wipe the pans and pots. For this method you do not need any physical effort, but its execution requires time. It is the most effective way of eliminating the old grease from the pans or pots. In this way, you can boil the strainers, forks, spoons, lids and other items with “hardly reachable” places.
In these dishes we prepare food for us and our children. Fewer chemicals are better for all of us. Be healthy, and keep your pots and pans clean.
