Here is how your diet plan should look like
This is not one of those “quick” diets which will immediately weaken your immune system; on the contrary, this diet has no side effects, except the desired goal- less weight!
If you want to lose a few pounds quickly and still maintain healthy diet without the “yo-yo” effect, this is the right diet for you!
During the “fast” diets, women usually feel dizziness, become depressed and their skin becomes loosen and dry…. But this diet is different, so it does not worsen the psycho-physical condition, and helps the rapid weight loss.
How do make your diet plan
This diet lasts for 10 days only. What’s best, you’ll make your diet plan by yourself and the meals will be chosen by your own desires and needs. Exercise is also very important, because without physical activity there won’t be positive results.
Eat different kinds of fresh fruit, because in that way you will consume the necessary ingredients for normal body functioning. The same goes for vegetables, prepared in a healthy way. In fact, some foods are good antioxidants, and others are good because they contain dietary fibers that improve digestion, and third because they are rich in vitamins and minerals. Some of these foods will help you to lose weight, some to improve you complexion, and you should exercise to tone your muscles.
So, consume vegetables such as carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, and make your plate colorful. You can prepare vegetable soups as well.
As for fruit, you can consume a lot, but for this diet, apples, papaya, strawberries, grapefruit and raspberries are the best. This fruit will not only help you in burning fat, but you’ll get the necessary vitamins also.
In addition to fruits and vegetables you can consume yogurt combined with cereals.
Within these 10 days you will have to forget the bread, meat, cheese, pasta, soft and alcoholic drinks and any kind of high-calorie foods.
Number of meals
The fact that fruits and vegetables will help you to lose weight, does not mean that you should consume them every hour and in unlimited quantities. In one day, you must have four main meals:
-breakfast
-lunch
-snack
-dinner
Within each meal eat one cup (200 ml) of fresh vegetables and a glass of fruits. As previously pointed out, light vegetable soup or tomato soups are allowed, but don’t consume more than you should.
Also, instead of soup, you can eat and tasty mixed vegetable salad, lightly spiced with lemon. Certainly do not use salad dressings, because they contain a lot of calories.
Try to equalize the fruit and vegetable intake. So, for every meal you must consume identical amount of fruits and vegetables.
Workout
The diet will not be effective if you do not exercise, and you won’t get rid of fat. If you don’t like the gym, aerobics and fitness you can exercise at home.
In order to start sweating, running, brisk walking or cycling is recommended. If possible, combine exercises in duration of 30 minutes to 1 hour, or at least every other day.
If you are not in shape at the beginning the exercises should be simple.
MENU
This is an example that you can adjust according to your desires, and it is allowed to make different combinations.
Breakfast:
1 cup of chopped fruit
1 cup of tomato juice or a cup of yogurt
Lunch:
1 cup of vegetable soup or green salad
1 cup of chopped fruit
Snack:
1 cup of chopped fruit
Dinner:
-Vegetable salads as cucumber, carrot, cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, lettuce
1 cup of vegetable soup
1 cup of chopped fruit
Drink as much water as you can, and less juice or coffee. Try to eat at the same time every day, and your dinner should be a few hours before going to bed.
If you get hungry between meals, eat an apple. Also, if you experience any weakness, which is not, supposed to happen, make your meals larger or stop the diet.
