- 125g fresh cabbage,
- 1 lemon,
- 25g celery,
- 250g fresh pears,
- Small ginger root
- 500ml water,
- 4-5 mint leaves.
Preparation:
- Chop the pears, cabbage, celery and ginger into pieces.
- Put them in a food processor adding a glass of water.
- Blender on high.
- Add the lemon juice, the remaining water and mint.
- Mix well and serve in glass cups.
