You also want to eat several smaller meals per day to keep energy levels constant and focus on healthy snacking. You also want to avoid processed foods and decrease your intake of carbohydrates and trans fats.
By making these healthy changes, you are creating a solid foundation for lifelong health and happiness, which support recovery.
