Domestic mozzarella can be very quickly prepared, and what is best you do not need too many ingredients or too much money.
Many people love mozzarella cheese, but its price in the stores is often too high. However, this delicious cheese with just three ingredients, most of which, at least two you have in your kitchen, you can make mozzarella very quickly and very easily.
You will need:
– 1kilo of fresh cheese
– Salt
– Three liters of boiled water
Cut the fresh cheese into cubes and place them in a larger container in which you previously have added water and then with a spoon gently press the cheese.
After five minutes the water overflows and another liter is added and equally pressed, and if the cheese starts to converge, the water should be poured out again and add the last liter.
Stretch the cheese and mix it until it gets smooth. When the mixture is kneaded, make small balls so that you pull out a piece and push between the linked thumb and index finger. The made balls should be soaked in lukewarm and by wish salted water.
