Recipe for homemade pectin
You need 1 kg of organic apples and 2,5 l of water. Wash the apples, remove the stems and cut the fruit into small pieces.
Pour 2.5 ml of water in a pot and put it on the stove on high heat because pectin has the shortest time to achieve a high temperature, otherwise it will fall apart. Boil the water and the apples in a pot. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes. Then continue cooking, stirring until the mixture thickens to half. Spoon the drain through a colander and immediately save the pectin mixture into sterilized jars.
How to prepare this breakfast?
The night before, mix yogurt and apple pectin and leave it in the fridge to connect with each other. You can do this in the morning, but then you have to wait for the pectin to dissolve. In the morning, add the other ingredients and mix everything. Let it rest to link the components, the yogurt will come to room temperature and dissolve the oatmeal.
