Say goodbye to annoying fungal nail infection using baking soda and apple cider vinegar.
Nail fungus usually appears as a result of moisture, mildew or bacteria, and are often painful and unpleasant.
White or yellow spots on the top of the nails are usually the first stage of fungal infection. Over time they can change the color or shape, and the nail can become very painful. Without treatment, the fungus cannot be cured, and probably you didn’t know that baking soda is one of the most effective remedies against fungi.
A mixture of baking soda and vinegar is good precisely because soda is not a fungicide, which means it will not kill the fungus, but will prevent to spread and grow, while vinegar is used to kill the fungus.
You will need:
- 4-5 tablespoons of baking soda
- 1 cup of white or apple cider vinegar
- Water
- Container for soaking feet
- Paper towel
Mix one cup of vinegar in the container filled with water and soak your feet. Keep your feet soaked for 15 minutes, then dry your feet well with paper towel. Repeat this again, but this time, add 4-5 tablespoons of baking soda.
Repeat this several times a day, twice with and two times without baking soda. This procedure works in a way that the vinegar first destroys fungi and the baking soda prevents their further growth and expansion.
