Remove The Fats From Your Blood With This Powerful Syrup

This is a very simple yet powerful recipe. Lemon and parsley to cooked for two or three hours and than you should drink it every morning on an empty stomach.

A lot of people today fight with elevated blood lipids or cholesterol because of fast living, but also because of a genetic predisposition. Normal cholesterol level is between 4.60 and 6.20 mmol / L. How to make the syrup to remove fat in the blood:

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of lemon
  • 5-6 tie parsley
  • 3 liters of water
  • 1 packet of baking soda

First wash the lemon in cold water, then soak it in warm water and pour a bag of baking soda. Allow it to stand for about an hour. Cut the parsley together with the stem into smaller pieces. Chop the lemon with its peel. Put the parsley and the lemon in the pot and pour three liters of water. Cook over low heat until it boils, 2-3 hours. When cooked, drain. You should get 1.5 liters of syrup. Drink it every morning on an empty stomach. Take about 100 ml. The syrup is enough for 15 days, if you drink every morning.
