This Homemade Syrup Melts 1cm of Stomach Fat a Day

This syrup is a highly beneficial folk remedy against water retention as well excess belly fat. Plus, this powerful combination can improve your eyesight, hearing and memory.

It is especially recommended with cardio exercises and regular workout.

This Homemade Syrup Melts 1cm of Stomach Fat a Day

What you need:

– 125g horseradish,

– 4 lemons,

– 2cm fresh ginger root,

– 3 tbsps. Honey,

– 2 tbsps. Cinnamon.

What you do:

  1. Using a blender, mix the horseradish and the ginger until well blended.
  2. Add the lemon juice and mix for 3 more minutes.
  3. Finally, add the cinnamon and honey and mix until you get syrup.
  4. Pour the mixture in a glass jar and take 1 teaspoon a day, preferably before meals or workout.
  5. Consume this syrup for three weeks then take a three-week break.

Why is horseradish health beneficial?

Every part of the horseradish plant is abundant in medicinal properties, which makes horseradish highly efficient in the treatment of flu, respiratory disorders, tonsillitis as well as urinary tract infections. It has been used over centuries to treat many health conditions.

In addition, this plant cleanses your body of toxins, stimulates your metabolism, reduces fatigue and promotes the proliferation of good bacteria in the digestive tract.

While low in calories and fat, horseradish is rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. It even contains some essential minerals including manganese, iron, copper, sodium, potassium, magnesium and zinc. Among other health benefits, horseradish also has anti-inflammatory, diuretic and nerve-soothing properties.

Its high vitamin C content is extremely efficient in boosting your immune system and eliminating viral infections. Plus, it eliminates free-radicals from your body thus preventing the onset of cancer, inflammation, infections and many more.

Why is ginger health beneficial?

Abundant in nutrients and bioactive compounds, ginger is extremely health beneficial for both your physical and mental health.

Gingerol, the active compound in ginger, accounts for most of its medicinal properties including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Ginger is really powerful in relieving nausea and vomiting following surgery and undergoing chemotherapy. Also, it’s the best remedy against pregnancy-related nausea, like morning sickness.
