20 Pounds Less in 2 Weeks With This Amazing Diet

This diet can help you lose up to 5 pounds in two weeks, provided that you strictly follow its rules. After two weeks, all food is allowed. Alcohol is strictly forbidden, coffee is taken without sugar, and salad is savored only with lemon juice.

20 Pounds Less in Two Weeks

DAY 1

Breakfast: coffee without sugar

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, cooked spinach with a little salt

Dinner: 1 large or 3 small grilled steaks, lettuce and raw celery

DAY 2

Breakfast: black coffee without sugar and pastry

Lunch: 1 large steak, green salad and fruit according to taste

Dinner: boiled ham

DAY 3

Breakfast: black coffee without sugar and pastry

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, lettuce, and tomato

Dinner: boiled ham, green salad with a little lemon

DAY 4

Breakfast: black coffee without sugar and pastry

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, raw carrots, Swiss cheese

Dinner: fruit and yogurt

DAY 5

Breakfast: grated carrots with lemon and black coffee

Lunch: boiled fish and a tomato

Dinner: 1 grilled steak, lettuce

DAY 6

Breakfast: Black coffee and pastry

Lunch: Grilled chicken

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs and fresh carrots

DAY 7

Breakfast: tea with lemon

Lunch: grilled steak, fruit according to taste

Dinner: according to taste

From the eighth day the same diet starts again and it takes another week, after which it is allowed to eat normally.

This diet has proved highly efficient, especially with people who have tried various diets and soon regained their weight, which was not the case here.
