30 Easy Ways to Cut Down 100 Calories a Day

Everyone wants to be fit, and thus feel better. You’d be surprise how easy you can reduce the daily calories income. It is not about starvation or giving up your favorite pleasures, because the body needs a little bit of everything. Starvation and rigorous diets often have a negative effect. Instead, all you have to do is to reduce the quantity of food you consume. Whenever you can choose, try to prepare boiled or baked food rather than fried and replace the full fat dairy products with low fat ones.

Here are some tips that will help you to reduce 100 calories a day, which would result in losing about half a kilogram per month. Is this little? However, we are talking about healthy weight loss and maintenance of health.

  1. Instead of butter on your toast or bread for breakfast, put fruit jam.
  2. Replace your cup of full fat milk with half a cup of low fat milk.
  3. Instead of two fried eggs, eat two boiled ones.
  4. Replace chocolate cereals with oats ones.
  5. Whenever you have the opportunity, in cooking, use only the white of eggs.
  6. For snack make a fruit salad with orange and banana.
  7. Instead peanuts, eat crisps.
  8. When making homemade fruit shake don’t put sugar in it
  9. Replace one part of your meat meal with fresh mushrooms.
  10. If you can‘t give up mayonnaise, replace it with diet one.
  11. Eat dried fruit instead of caramels and other sweets.
  12. Instead of red wine drink mineral water with cherry flavor
  13. Replace the fried bacon with dry one.
  14. Cook the vegetables at home instead of buying canned ones.
  15. Replace white bread with black one.
  16. Cut a smaller piece of cake for dessert than usual.
  17. Instead of bottled chocolate milk, add instant chocolate in the milk.
  18. Prepare the meat boiled or baked rather than fried and always combine it with vegetables like peas and carrots.
  19. Instead of five pieces of chocolate or chocolate cookies, eat two.
  20. Instead of macaroni salad, make a salad with spinach.
  21. You do not have to give up butter completely, but use it in smaller quantities.
  22. Instead of canned tuna in oil, buy canned tuna in water.
  23. Serve the meat with less sauce.
  24. Eat the hamburger, but leave the French fries.
  25. Do not eat any kind of sauce with the fish just squeeze lemon on it.
  26. Instead of fish fillets, make the fish on the grill.
  27. Reduce the use of oil and replace it with olive oil.
  28. Instead of bought fruit shake, do it at home. Mix a cup of low fat milk, half a cup of chopped strawberries and half a banana.
  29. Make a sandwich with turkey meat instead of chicken salad.
  30. Instead of pork, consume bush meat.
