5 Natural Solutions That Will Protect You from Fungal Infections!

5 Natural Solutions That Will Protect You from Fungal Infections!

1. Probiotics

Impaired balance of healthy micro flora in the body is one of the causes of fungal infections.

During the treatment, it is advisable to enrich the diet with probiotics as beneficial intestinal bacteria constrain the growth and spreading of the parasitic fungi and other microbes.

Also, Lactobacillus – bacterium that is an integral part of most probiotics –has a very toxic impact on Candida.

It is recommended to avoid products with sugar (fruit yoghurt) and additives.

2. Tea

Every homemade tea contains tannic acid, which will perfectly dry the sweaty feet.

In bowl pour a liter of boiling water and immerse five tea bags for 5 minutes.

Wait until the water has cooled to a comfortable temperature level and dip your feet in it for half an hour.

3. The essential lavender oil

Antifungal properties of lavender can help with athlete’s foot problem.

Before bedtime, apply a few drops of lavender oil on your nails and feet and leave it overnight.

For better effect, you can put on clean socks.

Apply this oil few weeks after the symptoms disappear, to prevent the disease recurrence.

4. Orange essential oil

Orange oil is another antifungal product that you can apply daily on nails and surrounding skin to defeat onychomycosis.

Leave the nail to absorb the oil at least an hour.

If you want to massage the infected areas on your feet, mix it with olive oil in equal proportions.

Orange oil and other citrus oils may cause allergic reactions in people with sensitive skin.

Therefore, first the oil should be tested on the face or other sensitive body areas.

5. Apple cider vinegar

Powerful apple cider vinegar can be used locally and orally.

Every morning you can dissolve two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar with a teaspoon of honey in a glass of water and drink before breakfast.

You can also prepare a healing bath with quality apple vinegar for the feet.

Mix in a basin 1 liter of boiling water with half a cup of vinegar and let it cool down to a comfortable temperature. Immerse your feet in the bath for at least half an hour and repeat the procedure twice a day.

If you don’t have an apple cider vinegar to soak the feet in, use white vinegar in the same proportion and the procedure is performed twice a day, but in shorter period of time.
