Strawberries are summer fruits whose taste most of us enjoy, and most of us love them in fruit salads, cakes or simply dipped in whipped cream or chocolate.

1. Helps you LOSE WEIGHT

If you want to spruce up the waist line before going to the beach, strawberries can help you with that. This fruit contains anthocyanins, which help burn fat, because the body uses it as fuel. Studies have shown that anthocyanins also have a positive effect on short-term memory.

2. Relieves pain

It has been shown that strawberries have an anti-inflammatory effects and that relieve pain. Studies have shown that strawberries reduce markers of inflammation, and it is recommended that they are eaten three times a week to reduce the risk of inflammation.

3. Have anticancer and anti-allergic properties

It has been shown that strawberries have anti-cancer effect. This fruit is rich in flavonoids, which are struggling with cancer cells and also inhibit their ability to multiply. Additionally, phenolic acids from strawberry have anti-allergic properties, which means that help to reduce the biochemical processes that are associated with allergic reactions. However, although they help people with allergies, there are people who are allergic to them too.

4. Helps lower blood sugar levels

Although there have been some concerns that people with high blood sugar levels should eat strawberries or not, a recent study has shown that strawberries actually regulate blood sugar levels, even 130 grams of fresh strawberries will significantly reduce blood sugar levels.

5. Slows down the aging process

Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants. They are on the fourth place from the list of foods with the highest concentration of antioxidants. They are important for our body because it protects the body from free radicals, which are not only agents of many diseases, but also accelerate the aging of the skin.

If all of these reasons are not enough, we should mention that they are very tasty. Is there a better reason than that?
