To get rid of a few pounds, you don’t need to be on a rigorous diets, unless you have a problem with excessive weight.

If you think you have 10 extra pounds, you can try to reduce them with the following 5 ways without starving:

  1. Two cups of water before each meal

Every time before you sit down to eat, drink 2 glasses of water. If you drink it 15 minutes before eating, it will speed up the metabolism, the food will be digested properly and will not turn into fat.

  1. Warm water before breakfast

You can always try out effective detox morning routine. On an empty stomach drink a glass of warm water with a little lemon and honey.

  1. Kefir with linseed for breakfast

This breakfast will help you to clean the intestines and restore the intestinal microflora.

  1. Chew the food well

This is not a big secret, but often in a hurry we all forget about this rule. Food does not turn into fat if you chew each bite  20-30 times.

  1. Cinnamon and honey against fat

To effectively eliminate fat, prepare drink with cinnamon and honey. In 200ml boiling water put ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder and 1 teaspoon honey.

Drink a half of cup before bedtime and then cover the other half and keep it in the fridge until the next morning.
