We are sure that many of you have heard about the many benefits of wine. We’d like to prove those true and point out other ways wine makes our life better.   1. Its antioxidants are superheroes.

“Combating free radicals” sounds like some invisible superhero battle is happening all around us, and as imaginary as it may seem, it’s the truth. The oxidation process in our bodies is caused by free radicals, which leads to cell damage. The antioxidants who work to either prevent the chain reaction or stop it after it’s started are the super hero in this fight. Glass for glass, red wine can hold its own to other antioxidant champions like blueberries, cinnamon, pomegranate juice and acai.

  1. It will benefit your gut.

The benefits of fermented foods for your digestive system are undeniable. Fermented drink and food, also contain omega – 3 fatty acids, beneficial enzymes, various strains of probiotics and B – vitamins.

  1. It re – connects you to the history of wine, the land and the people.

In our opinion, the best benefit is the opportunity to take a trip to wine country and enjoy the wine right where it’s grown. You can learn about the people and the process. You learn about farm-to-table dining. You learn about sustainability. It’s a treat and a wonder to visit wine country – there’s something so nourishing about a process that’s ancient and yet still relevant. Everything about wine is an art form. Being surrounded by good friends, vineyards, and sunshine in the middle of wine country is the perfect place to be.

Wine drinkers may live longer than spirit or beer drinkers, and other anti-aging benefits you may experience include fewer precancerous skin lesions, glowing skin, and looking younger.

One of many people’s favorite benefits of wine is that it encourages you to slow down. We haven’t met anyone who gulps wine. A glass of wine encourages you to slow down, relax and take in your surroundings, typically using all your senses, whether you’re enjoying a glass by yourself or with a group of friends. It enhances and heightens the taste sensation, when paired with food. It helps you connect with yourself and with those sharing your wine. Don’t you feel better already?

Red wine reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart attack and heart disease, among other health benefits. Other health benefits include controlling blood sugar and lowering cholesterol. An apple day? You should consume several fermented grapes a day to keep the doctor away! Moderation is the key, as it is with most of the things. Enjoying a glass or two can prove beneficial.

Wine has been the symbol of celebration, creativity and revelry for thousands of years. For that reason only, we raise a glass to you!
