Spring Body Cleansing: Detoxification In 5 Simple Steps!

Fruit

Eat a lot of fruit in any form – fresh, dried, frozen or in juice. It will bring energy and vitality.

Water

Drink as much water as possible! Water is important for our health; you need to drink 8-10 glasses of spring or purified water each day. This will eliminate toxins from your body; improve your metabolism, mood and appearance of the skin.

Greens

Broccoli, kale, spinach are rich in vitamins and minerals. Eating green vegetables improves immunity, cleanses the body of toxins. Eat it as much as you can – in the raw form, stewed or steamed, in salads or homemade green juices.

Whole grains and legumes

An excellent source of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, protein and dietary fiber are just legumes and whole grains. Also you can add wild or brown rice, whole-grain bread, different types of beans, lentils and peas in your diet.

Lemon

Lemon helps eliminate toxins from the body. Start your day with a glass of hot water, with squeezed half a lemon. Immediately you will feel better, and after a while you will notice that you have more energy and lose weight.

Additional tips

– Rest!

– Go early to sleep.

– Light Exercises

– Spend more time in nature, walking and breathing in the fresh air

– Change the way of preparing food. Instead of fried and baked foods and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables

– Make homemade juice from fruits and vegetables.

What you need to avoid during the detoxification period?

Do not drink alcohol, coffee and soft drinks. Reduce cigarettes, or try to quit smoking. Do not consume margarine, refined oil, white sugar, flour. Avoid heavy, fried and greasy foods.
