Garlic

Carrot

Always our grandmothers and mothers were taught about the importance of eating carrots, whether raw or put in a delicious soup. But the next time you prepare a soup, leave the carrots uncut since some studies have shown that with cutting carrot loses its healthy nutrients.

The best potato is violet

The potato is always on the top of the list of favorite products because it can be prepared in countless ways and is delicious in combination with many other groceries as well. You’ve probably got used to preparing red or white potatoes, but the winning combination is certainly the violet one.

One study displays the violet potato’s positive impact on reducing blood pressure, and also reduces the risk of cancer. Because of the high amount of polyphenols, also reduces the overall level of blood sugar.

Salad dressings

It is often pointed out that salad dressings are full of fat, especially the ones from the stores, but some studies have shown that you shouldn’t completely avoid them.

In fact, if you consume homemade sauce made from quality groceries you will not make a big mistake and you will feel satiated. It means that eventually you will consume less of some other unhealthy foods.

Ripe apples and pears

The next time you buy this fruit, leave it until the maturation finishes. When the fruit is ripe, it creates more amino acids which are extremely important for the general health of the organism and in the fight against all toxins that our body absorbs every day.

Broccoli

Broccoli is without doubt one of the best foods that should be consumed. Studies have shown that broccoli is very effective in the prevention of a cancer, such as breast cancer or skin cancer. In this case it was shown that the method of preparation is very important.

It was found that steam cooking is the best way to prepare the broccoli and frying it is the worst.
