According to Yin Shun Jyutsu, a Japanese doctor who practices ancient alternative medicine, pressing the right finger can relieve you of pain, insomnia or a mental block.

Thumb

By pressing the thumb, you should get rid of stomachache or any discomfort in the abdominal area. This will also reduce anxiety, depression and sadness.

Index finger

If you have a problem with your bladder or kidneys, press your forefinger. In this way you can also lessen fatigue, cramps, back pain and digestive issues.

Middle finger

In case you are suffering from liver or nerve issues, firmly press the middle finger and hold for some time. This is a good way to get rid of stress and uncertainty too. Plus, you can improve your cardiovascular health, menstrual pain, vision and headache issues.

Ring finger

Pressing your ring finger will help your lungs and digestive tract. Breathing and stress issues will also be regulated.

Little finger

By pressing your little finger, you will help your heart; get rid of nervousness, anxiety, panic attacks, and loneliness, pain in the throat, flatulence and problems with bones.
