Immediately Stop Eating These Foods If You Want to Live Long and Healthy!

The abundance of food attracts us to the shelves of supermarkets. However, in the opinion of foreign and domestic nutritionist some foods simply must be avoided, if you want to live a long and healthy life because they are the harmful toxins to the body.

Pate

For making of the pate the cheapest and worst possible quality meat is used. But if it was just the meat then it would not be such a problem. For the pate they use lumped skins, bones, hooves and cartilage. More than half of the pate is water. And with that there are fat, skins, starch and various spices and emulsifiers and other chemicals, while in certain type’s meat is barely 30 percent. All pates are stuffed with a lot of salt, and those packaged in bags are more harmful than the canned pate. Prepare it at home and then you’ll know what it contains.

Margarine

Oh, yes. Another favorite, margarine is made from vegetable oils, which are extracted from sunflower using chemicals, high temperature processing of oil destroys all the vitamins and antioxidants which are contained, leading to the formation of free radicals that can cause serious damage to the cells and increase the risk of cancer. The oils are already unhealthy in the first place. And adding new chemicals leads margarine in a firm and recognizable condition, which is very harmful. So instead of margarine on bread, use butter.

Sliced Cheese

This cheese is not made from pure cheese. It is saved from what remains in the process of cheese production. It contains only 50 percent of the cheese while the other ingredients are water, fat, emulsifiers and artificial colors to make the product have a better taste. This cheese has twice as much salt than ordinary. And fat? They have more than any other milk product.

Popcorn

Popcorn is also on the list of particularly harmful foods. But not the well-known baked on the stove, but the microwave popcorn. It has been shown to increase the risk of cancer, affects fertility and interferes with kidney function. Many microwave popcorn are crammed with artificial flavors and trans-fatty acids and chemicals which cause headaches and nausea. Nutritionist recommend all popcorn lovers to prepare this snack in the traditional way.

Frankfurters

Nails, skin, hooves, intestines, blood vessels, cartilage and worst quality meat are ground beyond recognition. And then soy, starch, spices, water, a pile of salt, preservatives, or the color found in lipsticks, and paprika extract is added. When all this is mixed, we get the well-known hot dogs, which because of all these components and their influence on the body should be completely out of use. However, homemade sausages are always a better alternative.
