Sometime wounds and injuries can damage our knees with time which make them loose. Ligaments and tendons lose their flexibility because they are not lubricated properly.

Knees need to stay strong over the years and ready for sudden and fast movements.

Ligaments and tendons should stay strong as well, so they need to stay flexible to provide an excellent support to our bodies.

If you want to have health joints and knees, prepare this amazing smoothie which will improve the natural lubrication and strength of your knees. This will improve your lifestyle.

The magical smoothie is made of cinnamon, oats and pineapple.

This smoothie is rich in vitamin C, magnesium, bromelain and silicon. All of these compounds have anti- inflammatory properties and are able to reduce pain.

This smoothie will provide you an abundance of vitamin C, silicon, magnesium and bromelain. These all have anti-inflammatory properties and a strong ability to reduce pain.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml water
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • 40 g honey
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 7 g cinnamon
  • 40 g almonds, crushed

Preparation:

Cook the oats .Then, add the orange juice. Stir well. After that put the mixture in a blender together with the honey, almonds, pineapple chunks and cinnamon and blend well until you get a homogenous mixture. If you like to drink it cool you can add several ice cubes.
