A Juice To Detox From Heavy Metals

Many heavy metals enter the human body through air, water, food, or by absorption through the skin. Some of those heavy metals are: lead, mercury, aluminum cadmium and uranium. These toxins can be the main cause of serious health problems in the human body. If you have been vaccinated, eaten seafood or had dental fillings, then your body is most likely to be contaminated.

It’s important to cleanse our bodies on a daily basis. You can do this by taking natural supplements (like chlorella), sweating (through hot yoga, exercise or sauna), drinking vegetable juices, eating cleansing foods (vegetables and organic fruits) and by using breathing techniques.detoxjuice

One of the favorite ways for body detoxification among our followers is the consumption of the green vegetable juice every morning. It doesn’t matter how busy you are, taking care of your health must always be a priority for you. Green juice is your daily, drinkable health insurance, providing the minerals, antioxidants and vitamins, your body needs.

The green juice is packed with detoxifying foods which strengthen the liver, connect the heavy metals in the body and help to easily eliminate them.

Heavy Metal Detox Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 small beets or 1 large
  • 1 – 2 teaspoon of chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 2 cups of chopped celery
  • 4 cups of chopped kale
  • ½ lime
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 inches of ginger

Instructions

  1. First try harder and find organic ingredients (if you can). Than wash them thoroughly.
  2. Place all of the ingredients (except for the chia seeds) in a juicer or a blender and mix them. If you are using a blender, the juice will probably be extremely thick, so you will need to use a strainer to remove the larger particles (optional).
  3. If you like chia seeds, add them in the prepared juice, and leave them to soak for aproximately 10 minutes. The chia seeds water is a great source of soluble fiber, which makes the juice gel – like, once the seeds are soaked. This gel helps your body cleanse itself by absorbing the toxins in your digestive tract,.
  4. Enjoy it!
