Avocado Pudding That Can Balance Hormones, Boost Metabolism and Fight Disease (And it tastes great)

Avocados are rich in sterols, such as beta-sitosterol, which have powerful antiestrogenic properties. They inhibit the estrogen receptors in the cells and reduce the absorption rate of the hormone, while increasing the progesterone levels in women and testosterone levels in men.

Furthermore, avocados have potent anti-aging properties, both in the flesh and oil. Experts have found that have powerful anti-aging effects which prevent damage from free radicals.

The nutrients found in avocado have the ability to penetrate deeply in the cell structures and mitochondria and stimulate the production of energy, supporting cell-function even if they are constantly attacked by free radicals.

Mitochondria play an essential role in the fight against free radicals. They are the vital organelles in the cells and produce the major part of the energy for cells trough nutrients.

However, they also produce unstable chemicals which can damage the cell. This damage accelerate the aging process and many scientists have tried to find a solution to reverse it and have found that avocado oil has possesses this ability.

A lead study author Dr. Christian Cortez-Rojo says “avocado oil causes accelerated respiration in mitochondria, which indicates that the use of nutrients for producing energy for cell functions remains effective even in cells attacked by free radicals and that mitochondria can produce little amounts of damaging free radicals.”

Moreover, avocados are abundant in healthy fat which is deficient in most people. Also, they contain 20 other essential nutrients such as:

  • B-vitamins
  • Calcium
  • Fiber
  • Vitamin E
  • Folic acid
  • Potassium (in a doubled amount than in a banana)
  • Iron
  • Sodium
  • Magnesium
  • Boron

Avocados are abundant in amino acid lecithin which as the ability to balance body weight and, improve the function of the brain, and prevent liver overload.
