Be Aware! The Dark Side of Pineapple, Tomato and Orange juice

Often we hear that this or that product has magical healing properties, but it is not always and in all circumstances, quite true. Precisely on this issue and doctors gave their opinion, and confirmed that about certain foods, we have had wrong opinion.

Be Aware! The Dark Side of Pineapple, Tomato and Orange juice

On this negative list are groceries which benefits are not quite great as we thought they are, and here are some: orange juice, tomatoes, green coffee, oysters and pineapple.

1.Orange juice is not quite as healthy as many think, due to the large amount of sugar that contains (here we think about the produced juice), which the body absorbs almost instantly.

The increased level of glucose causes uncontrolled insulin secretion, which can damage the pancreas, and thus increases the risk of diabetes.

2.Not all tomatoes contain the useful antioxidant lycopene, which is extremely effective in the fight against cancer, as well as in maintaining a youthful appearance.

It was found that the chemicals which farmers use in the production of tomatoes, can drastically reduce the lycopene in this produce. Therefore, if you have the opportunity, grow them by yourself or buy them from a reliable farmer.

3.Green coffee, which is praised as a phenomenal product for melting pounds, does not really work as many think. This coffee according to experts may have a laxative effect but losing weight due to consuming this beverage is a real myth.

4.Oysters will not increase male potency according to experts. This effect can be achieved only if they are eaten raw and fresh, immediately after their removal from the water, because only in that case contain enough zinc and glycol.

5.Pineapple although contains enough vitamins and minerals, it doesn’t help in  melting fat cells, as it is thought, but it breaks down proteins, so from this fruit you will not have greater benefits if you want to lose weight. In addition, the pineapple has a high glycemic index, so it will further increase your appetite.

For maximum benefit, consume more raw pineapple and less canned pineapple
