Recipes with young peas

Young peas with pork. For this recipe, prepare: 400 g of pork, 300 g of young peas, 2 heads of onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots, 2 tablespoons of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of allspice, and then a little salt, dry herbs, a pinch of ground pepper, a few bay leaves and some parsley. Cut the meat into cubes, and peel the onion and chop it as well. Pour oil into a pan, then fry the meat and onion, then add a bay leaf and a little water, then simmer and stir occasionally. When the meat is completely sautéed, add fresh peas, cover with water and lower the temperature. Let the peas simmer for about an hour, and at some point add spices and finely chopped garlic. On the other hand, prepare a spray of oil, flour and allspice, then add it to the peas towards the end of cooking. Let the peas cook for another 3 minutes. Only at the end add the parsley.

Frozen peas with beef. To prepare this recipe, you need: 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 tablespoons of oil, 350 g of beef, 400 ml of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of a mixture of herbal spices and some allspice. After chopping the onion and carrot, fry them in oil. Pour water over everything and add chopped beef, salt and add spices. When it boils, turn off the heat and cook for another 1 hour. After an hour, add 450 g of frozen peas, 1 chopped potato, 1 chopped clove of garlic, 3 dcl of water, ½ teaspoon of salt. Mix everything together, then when it boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 45 minutes. At the very end, smoke the so-called a sprinkle of 1 teaspoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar (or allspice) and 1 dcl of water (or a little oil), then pour it into the peas, and after three minutes of cooking, the peas are ready!
