Cakes without eggs - recipes

Recipe 1 (Honey Cake)

Ingredients for the dough:

2.5 cups of flour

1.5 cups of sugar

1.5 cups of milk

3 tablespoons of oil

1 tablespoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon gingerbread spice

Ingredients for the filling:

3 spoons of jam

100 g of cooking chocolate

Way of preparation:

First, mix all the ingredients for the dough, then put half of the mixture in a pan and bake. Then, melt the chocolate and mix it with the jam. Put that filling over the dough you baked, then bake the other half of the dough and put it over the filling. At the end, cover the cake with chocolate glaze.

Recipe 2 (Rafaello Balls)

Ingredients:

½ l of milk

15 spoons of sugar

10 spoons of density

250 g of butter

200 g of coconut

2 bags of vanilla sugar

2 tablespoons of coconut liqueur

200 g of roasted hazelnuts

100 g of coconut flour

Way of preparation:

First, mix the sugar and the thickener, then put the milk to boil. When the milk boils, remove it from the stove and add the mixture of thickeners and sugar to it. Mix everything well to get a thick creamy mixture. When this mixture cools down, add the butter that you whipped earlier, and the coconut. Make small balls from the resulting mixture, and put one shelled hazelnut in each. Also, roll each ball in coconut. Raffaello balls are best served in paper baskets.

Recipe 3 (Chocolate Cake)

Ingredients for the dough:

2 cups of flour

1.5 cups of sugar

½ cup oil

2 teaspoons of cocoa

2 teaspoons of baking soda

2 cups of yogurt

1 handful of walnuts or ground biscuits

Ingredients for the dressing:

5 spoons of sugar

100 g of cooking chocolate

100 g of butter

10 spoons of milk

Way of preparation:

Prepare a deep bowl and put flour, cocoa and baking soda in it. Then, add the yogurt and mix gently. Pour in the oil and sugar and continue mixing to get a thicker mixture. If desired, add a handful of crushed biscuits or walnuts. Next, mix the chocolate, milk, sugar and butter and put them on the stove to melt. Pour the resulting mixture over the cake you made. It is recommended to pierce the cake with a toothpick, so that the chocolate is absorbed more easily.

Recipe 4 (Fig cubes)

Ingredients for the crust:

½ kg of figs

150 g of powdered sugar

Ingredients for the filling:

250 g of sugar

100 g of ground walnuts

150 g of ground biscuits

150 g of margarine

100 g of cooking chocolate

Way of preparation:

First, grind the figs and mix them with powdered sugar. Make two crusts from the dough you get. Then start making the filling. Mix the sugar with 50 ml of water, remove it from the heat, then add the nuts and biscuits and let it cool down for a few minutes. Next, add the margarine. Mix all the ingredients well, then pour the resulting mixture over the fig crust you made. Then, put the second crust and cover the cake with melted white chocolate. When the cake cools down, cut it into cubes and serve.

Recipe 5 (Negro without eggs)

Ingredients for the biscuit:

3 cups of yogurt

3 cups of flour

2 cups of sugar

1 cup of oil

50 g of cocoa

1 baking powder

2 vanilla sugar

1 banana

1 orange peel

Ingredients for the dressing:

2 milk chocolates

125 g of butter

100 g of sugar

100 g of milk

Way of preparation:

Mix all the ingredients for the biscuit well and bake the mixture in a baking tray that you have previously sprinkled with a little flour. After 40 minutes, take the cake out of the oven and cut it into cubes. Then, melt the ingredients for the topping, mix them and pour over the cake that you have already cut. This cake is best served with whipped cream.

Recipe 6 (Orange Cake)

Ingredients:

250 g of wheat flour

100 g of oatmeal

1 tablespoon of baking powder

1 orange

1 lemon

100 ml of vegetable oil

3 spoons of maple syrup

4 tablespoons of unrefined sugar

100 g of dark chocolate

300 ml of soy milk

Pinch of salt

A few tablespoons of apricot jam or marmalade

Way of preparation:

First, mix all dry ingredients except sugar, and in another bowl, mix all liquid ingredients and sugar. Add grated lemon and orange zest to the mixture of liquid ingredients, then mix the liquid and dry ingredients. Chop the chocolate into cubes and add it to the mixture and mix everything well again. Put the resulting mixture in the mold you prepared and bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees. When the cake is ready, spread it with apricot jam or marmalade.
