Clean Your Liver Naturally In 2 Days

Normal operation of the liver is critical for maintaining good health. Irregular work of the liver may be the hidden cause of many diseases. One of the most common causes of abnormal operation of the liver is known as stones. Another cause are parasites that often affect the liver.

Cleansing the liver of stones is very easy.

There is a natural way of cleansing the liver with the help of olive oil and grapefruit juice that has been developed by Dr. Hulda Clark. Cleaning the liver lasts two days, and works best if you combine it with the anti parasitic program of Dr. Clark.Clean Your Liver

To clean the liver, you will need:

• Epsom salt – 50 grams (People suffering from low blood pressure should not use bitter salt. Instead, they can use an enema according to the method G. Malahova)
• Olive oil – ½ cup (1.5 dl), take light oil – it is easier for consumption
• Fresh red grapefruit – 1 large or 2 small, enough to drain 2 dl of juice

To clean the liver, you will need two days. On the day of cleansing of the liver do not take any medications, vitamins and capsules.
Time is a very important factor for success. Do not be late or early more than 10 – 15 minutes.

Plan of liver cleansing

Eat a low – fat breakfast in the morning: fruit, cereal, bread, honey. Do not take anything fatty: oil, butter, cheese, cream or milk.
Noon: Eat low fat lunch: baked or cooked by steaming potatoes and other vegetables (with salt, but without oil), bread, fruit. As for breakfast, do not eat anything fatty. Drink water also, because after 14 o’clock, you shouldn’t take anything to drink.

14:00

Do not eat or drink after 14.00. If you break this rule, you might feel bad later.

After 14:00

Mix 50g of Epsom salt with 6 dl water. It should be divided into 4 parts. You can put the bitter salt in the fridge, so that you can easily drink it.

18:00

Have a quarter of Epsom salts. You can then rinse your mouth or drink a few sips of water. Leave the olive oil and grapefruit pieces on the table so they can warm up to room temperature.

20:00

Have another quarter of Epsom salts.

21:30

Complete all activities and get ready for bed.

21:45

Prepare the drink for liver cleansing

  • Squeeze the grapefruit. Remove the pulp and seeds. You need to get at least half a cup of juice – ¾ of the cup to the best.
  • Pour half a cup of olive oil into a pan with a lid. Add the grapefruit juice.
  • Seal the container and shake it until the mixture becomes watery.

If necessary, visit the bathroom one or more times, it doesn’t matter if you arrive late for your drink at 22:00 hours. But do not be late more than 15 minutes.

22:00

Now you need to drink the mixture that you have prepared (olive oil and grapefruit). You need to drink the mixture standing up, in five minutes (15 min. for the weak and the elderly).
After drinking the mixture, immediately lie down. Lie flat on your back with your head elevated on a pillow, or on the left flank.
Try to be completely still for at least 20 minutes. Think of what is happening now in your liver. You may feel the stones traveling through your ducts like marbles.

You will feel no pain, because thanks to the bitter salt the channels are open.
Try to sleep. During the night lie as much as you can on the left side. Do not get up out of bed.

The next morning

(After 6:00)

After getting up (not before 6:00) take your third dose of Epsom salts. If you experience nausea, wait for it to pass and then drink the bitter salt. Go back to bed.

2 hours later

Have a last dose of Epsom salts (3/4 cup). Go back to bed.

2 hours after

You can eat. Start with fruit juice. Half an hour later, eat some fruit. An hour after that you can eat low fat food. By supper you should feel recovered.

Congratulations! You removed the stones without surgery.

During this day you will probably go to the toilet lots of times. Take a flashlight and look for the green stones in the toilet shell.
It’s a real stone, not food residue, because the bile from the liver is green, like peas. Feces will sink, and the stones will float because they contain cholesterol.

Sometimes the canals are full of cholesterol, which is not yet formed into round stones. The remains of cholesterol green crystals will also float in water.
Usually the liver is full of stones, so you need to repeat the cleaning for two weeks.

How is liver cleansing safe?

Cleaning the liver is absolutely safe. Thousands of people around the world are cleaned they livers this way. None of them went to the hospital and has not complained of pain.

How to prepare for cleansing the liver?

In most people, the liver is full of parasites. They will prevent you to clean your liver of stones.
