A diet based on cucumbers and raw tomatoes can help you easily lose weight. All you need to do to get the desired results is stick to this diet plan.
The recommended duration for this diet is one month with breaks on the weekends. Still, bear in mind, especially those who are rather overweight, that it is advisable not to lose over 20 pounds per month as rapid weight loss (over 20 pounds) can lead to the onset of many diseases.
This diet plan includes easily absorbed food, food that makes you feel full and at the same time food rich in all the necessary nutrients.
Day 1
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast, 1 apple
Snack: one grated cucumber with 200gr low-fat yoghurt
4pm: 1 banana
7pm: a bowl of tomato and cucumber salad
Day 2
Breakfast: Muesli with a cup of low-fat yogurt
Snack: one boiled potato with a little cheese
4pm: 1 banana
7pm: a bowl of tomato and cucumber salad
Day 3
Breakfast: 1 apple and 1 banana
Snack: chicken soup
4pm: a few almonds (no more than 10)
7pm: a bowl of tomato and cucumber salad
Day 4
Breakfast: a few almonds, 1 apple
Snack: one grated cucumber with 200gr low-fat yoghurt
4pm: 300g fruit according to taste
7pm: a bowl of tomato and cucumber salad
Day 5
Breakfast: 350 g of fruit salad with at least three kinds of fruit
Snack: one boiled potato with cheese
4pm: 1 apple
7pm: a bowl of tomato and cucumber salad
You can also add fresh parsley and spices, or just olive oil and salt to your tomato and cucumber salad. Ideally, you can leave out the oil and salt.
If you get hungry at the any time that’s not on the diet plan, drink mineral water or green tea.
This 5-day diet is repeated over a month except for the weekends. During weekends you can eat food of your own choice. Be cautious to drink a glass of water half an hour before meals in order not to stimulate digestion and suppress large appetite.
