2. INHALATION

4. HORSERADISH COMPRESS
Horseradish is a well-known remedy that our ancestors used to treat colds and flu, and is used especially for the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections. In a half-liter jar, put one grated horseradish root, and then fill the jar with vinegar. Close the jar and leave it at room temperature for three days. Then at least five times a day, open the lid and inhale for a few minutes. Before going to bed, pour over the gauze with two tablespoons of the mixture and put it on the forehead. Repeat this procedure for at least six days.
