So what can happen in this case?
As long as we are able to maintain a strict diet, there will be no problem, but the moment we “relax” in some way it will be much easier to gain weight and we will enter a vicious circle from which it will be very difficult for us to get out, producing the so-called “effect rebound”.
For this reason, above all, we would like to emphasize in the first place that miracle diets do not exist and that what we really have to do if we want to lose weight is to do it in a healthy way and always accompanied by physical activity, since restricting our food will do us no good. as the only strategy to lose weight.
