There are some exercises that require special material to be able to do them, but the vast majority can be adapted so that we can do them at home without any problem.
If you want to buy some basic material to be able to stay in shape from home, we recommend a pair of dumbbells (which can be replaced by bottles or jugs of water), a mat, a pull-up bar, an inflatable ball, a step and a jump rope. With this, you will have more than enough, but as you already know, there are many exercises without equipment that you can do with only your own body weight.

Hiit is a high intensity training, it helps to train the whole body in a short time, it is perfect for people who need intense training and who have little time to train. It is true that you have to have a good level of physical fitness to be able to follow these video sessions, but the benefits it brings are worth the effort. Choose a training plan:
If you prefer to follow a pattern of daily exercises to achieve your goals, choose the training plan that best suits them and do the exercises that apply every day. This is a very good option for those who don’t know where to start or what are the best exercises for them. In each training plan you will see the days a week that you have to train. They usually last between 4 and 8 weeks. When you finish it, you can do another one or do the exercises in the training rooms. You can combine them with stretching or yoga sessions, but it is very important that you respect the rest days so that your muscles can recover and grow.
Complete your exercises with a good diet:
Exercising is not everything, in order to lead a healthy lifestyle and be able to achieve your sports goals, you must eat a healthy and balanced diet, which provides essential nutrients to your body and gives it the necessary strength every day to be able to do exercises and follow your rhythm of life. In the diet section you can choose between an anti-stress, cardiovascular or strengthening diet. Each of these diets is focused on a specific goal, you must follow it to achieve yours. Remember that diets should not be something temporary, but should always be part of your lifestyle, you should always eat healthy (from time to time you can give yourself a whim), you should not leave them when you achieve a goal, when you whatever you do, keep eating healthy.
