Don’t Make a Mistake: You Have Bags Under the Eyes Because Of These Things, Get Rid Of Them!

February 8, 2019 by Valerie Kirwin

The bags under the eyes can be a result of a number of health problems or addictions. The most common is fatigue, sleep deprivation, prolonged stay in front of a computer or TV screen, and also many others.

Don’t Make a Mistake You Have Bags Under the Eyes Because Of These Things, Get Rid Of Them!

The bags under the eyes impair your look and that is why women often resort to “heavy” makeup to conceal them. Although commonly attributed to the long nights without sleep, this is not the only reason for their occurrence. And this is the key point of which you should start in order to get rid of them. In addition, their appearance can indicate other health problems such as kidney problems. The improper functioning of the kidneys causes water retention in the body and besides being under the eyes it creates bulging discs, swelling and limbs.

Hormone imbalance

In women, during the menstrual cycle the hormones “just flock”, and it also causes fluid retention in the body, sleep problems which result in bags under the eyes. To counteract the fact, a week before menstruation avoid salt or salty foods and carbohydrates that retain fluid in the body. Green tea acts diuretic and stimulates the secretion of excess fluids from the body. As far as hormones, experts recommend plant-based primrose oil, which regulates the hormones.

Allergies

Dark circles can occur due to food allergies. They most commonly occur in the case of intolerance to lactose and gluten, but also allergies to fruits and vegetables treated with pesticides. Such allergies are difficult to detect, so if you notice that the bags under your eyes are not disappearing, see your doctor.

Toxins in the body

The bags under the eyes can occur if your body is full of excess fluids, alcohol, coffee, cigarettes. In this case, the detoxification of the body, and a thorough cleaning is going to be of a great help, which will return the freshness and you will surely get rid of much bigger health “spot” than the bags. A healthy diet and more healthy habits can do miracles.

Stuffy nose

If you have sinus problems, ie. If they are clogged, that will create pressure on the blood vessels that extend to the eyes and nose, causing the appearance of the bags under the eyes.
