This beverage helps in detoxification that helps the body to regenerate. In India this practice of drinking salted water each morning has long been known and the western world has rejected that idea under the assumption that it is harmful for the human body. “The catch” is that natural pure sea salt should be used. Positive ions in the salt interact with the negative ions of water molecules, and vice versa. The result is a new structure that the body absorbs excellent. Water thereby is no longer pure water, and the salt isn’t only salt. The combination is valuable for your health. All you need to do is to take a clear glass of lukewarm water with one teaspoon of sea salt.
