Cucumber is also effective in the fight against cellulite; from minerals it contains potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper and selenium. Cucumber is rich in vitamin C, K, the B complex vitamins, riboflavin, niacin, and choline. It is rich in fibers and beta-carotene. It removes toxins from the body, stimulates the kidney and bile function and protects the body from cancer-causing substances, spinach is also recommended because it is rich in vitamins A, C, B6, E and many minerals such as iron, magnesium, manganese, calcium and potassium .Its leaves are full of chlorophyll, which helps in restoring red blood cells and rapid energy boost. PREPARATION

– Put cold yogurt in a blender, and if you wish add a few ice cubes.

– Add your combination of diced fruits or vegetables

– Mix everything well and serve it immediately in a glass.

– Ginger has a very strong flavor so use a very small amount, as the size of a thumbnail.

Try different flavors and feel free to add herbs that you like as mint and cinnamon for better taste.

1. Light yogurt with banana

  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 1 light yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon of honey, a pinch of cinnamon

2. Banana with berries and yogurt

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of berries (blueberries, raspberries, cranberries)
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 light yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey, cinnamon

 3. Beverage with spinach and yogurt

  • 20 grams of washed fresh spinach
  • 1 light yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of cereal
  • 1 teaspoon of honey, couple of mint leaves

Prepare the beverages in this way only, but combine fruits and vegetables as you like, you just need to add the ingredients in a blender. These diet, but above all, healthy drinks, it is advisable to be consumed in the morning for breakfast, then the body absorbs and gets cleaned from the fatty deposits accumulation, cellulite, but can be consumed as a snack or in the evening instead of a dinner.
