Facial Gymnastics: Rejuvenate Yourself with This Exercises

February 8, 2019 by Valerie Kirwin

We present you a video with some great exercises for maintaining the face muscles toned.

In the first exercise you should lift the eyebrows and forehead creases. This improves the circulation of that part of the face and helps the skin to stay tightened longer.

In the second exercise you should frown like a rabbit – wrinkle the muscles of the nose and the area around the eyes. This exercise maintains mid-face muscles toned.Facial Gymnastic Rejuvenate Yourself with This Exercises

The accumulated stress during the day accumulates in the lower jaw. Massaging the cheeks in a circular motion, with your hand frees jaw tension and stretches the skin. This exercise can be supplemented by a circular motion with a fork in several directions (see the screenshot).

At the very end of this little session, close your eyes and shake your head a few times because it frees the face from the remaining tensions.
