February 8, 2019 by Valerie Kirwin

Eating habits that are consistent with your blood type can help in losing weight easily, to strengthen your immune system and are generally beneficial for the overall health. The common opinion is that all people should plan their diet according to the blood type.

Find Out Which Tea to Consume According to Your Blood Type

0 blood type is the oldest and  its roots are from the time when people survived due to hunting and eating meat. The blood type A appeared 15,000 years ago when people started farming, i.e. when people started to grow grains, and then the blood type B appeared with dairy products consumption.

The youngest is the blood type AB, which is a combination of A and B and includes a balanced diet of cereals and dairy products.

Drinking tea is also linked with the blood type. Before you decide to drink some tea, it is best to find out which tea is suitable for your blood type.

Blood Type 0

People with this blood type should avoid milk and gluten. They tolerate stress quite well, but stomach acid can cause them problems if they do not pay attention to nutrition.

If you belong to this blood type, you should drink ginger tea or juice and ginseng. Coffee should be replaced with green tea. Also parsley, hops, limes, dog-rose, dandelion and mint tea are good choice.

Blood type A

These people are emotional and analytical thinkers, and are prone to stress and high cortisol levels.

Coffee and tea are not recommended for this blood type, so the best solution is to consume only herbal teas. Your diet should be rich in fruits and vegetables, and in order to get rid of stress start doing yoga and meditation.

Jasmine tea, yarrow, thyme, marigold and green tea are ideal for you. For better body function it is good to consume hawthorn, dog-rose, ginger and St. John’s Wort tea.

Blood Type B

People with this blood type have a slow metabolism and are prone to obesity and chronic fatigue. They have a good intestinal function, but they should take care of their immune system.

If you belong to this blood type, then the ideal tea for you is from parsley, mint, birch leaf, St. John’s Wort tea, dandelion, yarrow and cilantro.

Blood type AB

People with this blood type are intuitive and resistant to stress.

If you belong to this blood type, then you should drink green tea, as well as teas from: mint, peony, sandalwood, nettle, hawthorn, ginger, chamomile and pomegranate.
