There’s no doubt that some of the most beneficial natural ingredients for skin health include aloe vera and coconut oil. These two have medicinal effects, which have been scientifically proven, on issues such as eczema, psoriasis, rashes, irritated or dry skin.
It’s because of their numerous health benefits that aloe vera and coconut oil are commonly used in commercial body care products. Although they provide great benefits when used separately, they are even more useful when combined together.
The best mixture is made when you combine the gel of aloe vera, not the juice, and pure, unrefined coconut oil. Typically, water and oil don’t blend well, which is why it’s not recommended to use the juice of this succulent plant.
