Goodbye Cholesterol, Blood Glucose, Lipids And Triglycerides

When a former professor showed me his blood results a few years ago, I was completely taken aback. All the 5 crucial parameters – blood glucose, urea, cholesterol, triglycerides and lipids, were exceeding the referential values. One thing was sure – a person with such blood test results was surely headed for a hospital bed. After the initial shock, I asked him the first question that came to my mind: How did you let this happen?

He simply smiled and showed me another blood test, saying: “Now, look at this, compare the values of the parameters and see the dates.” The results of the second blood test showed parameter values that were within the recommended range; in fact, the results were great. What was really surprising was that the two blood tests were only a month apart.

Again shocked, I asked: “How did you do it? This is really amazing”.

He said that he was given an amazing recipe that significantly improves your blood results by his doctor. He also said that he used the treatment once a year whenever he felt his blood parameters are going out of range. He was also keen on sharing the recipe with me.

This is what you do:

Buy raw pumpkin at the supermarket or the market every week for a month. Peel about 100 grams of the pumpkinthen slice it nicely. Blend the pumpkin with some water (WATER ONLY) until you get a homogenous mixture. What you get is a vitamin-packed pumpkin smoothie. Drink this on an empty stomach, 15-20 minutes before breakfast. Continue with the treatment for a month or whenever you feel you need to lower your cholesterol.

You can easily check the effectiveness of this natural remedy by having your blood checked before and after the treatment.

The best part is that this treatment gives no side effects as it only includes natural ingredients. Be cautious not to use any sugar, even if it comes in the form of honey. The same goes for additives.

As my professor is an excellent chemical engineer, he studied the nutritional value of pumpkins and the ingredients they contain.
