Philip Patrick, 19 used to have healthy lifestyle but eventually he started with this bad habit – eating 13 bowls of corn flakes with amazing 138 tablespoons of sugar.
Philip consumed about 14 235 plates of cornflakes per 3 years, 6 boxes of cornflakes and 15 liters of milk per week, and 5 kg of sugar every 9 days.
He also had a cup of tea with 6 teaspoons of sugar.
His wife gained 25 kg in the past three years. Now he has one child and Philip asks for help to defeat his addiction because experts warn that such a lifestyle can cause cancer or heart disease.
“I have to stop with this – because I can die “- he says.”This really changed my life. And my sex life – is affected too. Sophie (his wife) is annoyed because when we go out I order a cake and I eat it within 3 minutes.
“Hooked” on Corn flakes, he usually puts on his tracksuits and watches his favorite TV shows. “I’m usually very calm person and when I consume flakes and sugar – I am very happy.” He says.
However, when I don’t have cornflakes, I can be very, very nervous. So I need help because I want my old life back.
