How to Do 3 Day Complete Body Detox and Flush Excess Water and Fat Out of Your System

Body detox should be done regularly together with some changes in your diet. You will need to avoid artificial sugar and chemicals and in this way you will feel much healthier and energetic.

Body detox will help you to lose extra pounds, against acne and various skin problems.

Dr. Oz recommends this 3-day diet plan which will help in cleaning your organism.

How to Do 3 Day Complete Body Detox and Flush Excess Water and Fat Out of Your System

Day 1 Diet Schedule:

In the morning prepare detox tea with 1 teabag of green tea, 1 slice of lemon and 1 teaspoon of Stevia.

Your breakfast drink:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seed
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon

Then take ½ multivitamin and probiotic supplement.

Then prepare lunch drink after which you should take ½ multivitamin and Omega 3 supplement.

Drink your favorite beverage for snack and at the end of the day prepare detox bath with 2 ½ cups of Epsom Salt and 10 drops of lavender oil.

Day 2 Diet Schedule:

Prepare the same morning detox tea as in the first day.

Then continue with the breakfast beverage after which you will take ½ multivitamin and probiotic supplement.

The lunch drink:

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup of kale leaves
  • ½ green apple
  • ½ lime
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • ½ cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup pineapple

Then take ½ multivitamin and Omega 3 supplement.

For snack prepare your favorite beverage.

End the day with dinner drink and detox bath.

Day 3 Diet Schedule:

The last day you should also start with morning detox tea.

Then drink the breakfast tea and ½ multivitamin and probiotic supplement.

Lunch drink is next and for snack again repeat your favorite beverage.

The dinner drink:

  • ½ mango
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 and a half coconut water
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seeds

At the end of the day, prepare the detox bath and relax!
