British experienced fitness coaches Amanda Ursel and Niki Vatermen made an excellent plan how to get a flat stomach after 5 days treatment. To achieve this you should follow several tips, and for all those who follow them, the results are guaranteed.

If you feel heavy and puffed and you have worries about how you will look in the new dress specially bought for an event, it is the perfect time for you to create healthy food habits.

How to Get a Flat Stomach in 5 Days

Position when you eat

It is very important to seat during the consumption of food and to chew slowly with mouth closed. The longer chewing lasts the less food you’ll eat.

Avoid juices and unhealthy drinks

Sweetened fruit juices, sweetened mineral water and soft drinks are high in calories and make your stomach bloated .So practice to drink only water when you are thirsty.

Avoid artificial sweeteners

Artificial sweeteners which include sorbitol, mannitol and lactitol, are digested in the intestines where many bacteria feed on them. Because the abdomen and intestines creates additional emissions that hamper the digestion it is recommended to use brown sugar, but in small quantities.

Be aware of resistant starch

As a rule, the starch is easy to digest, but there is a type of starch which is resistant to digestive enzymes .He fails to be absorbed in the small intestine, so undigested passes into the colon. Because of this starch, intestines often become bloated. This starch is found in beans, bananas, rice, potatoes and mushrooms.

Avoid vegetables which inflate

Bean, onion and cabbage are one of the ingredients that inflate the belly the most. In the days when you want to look perfectly, try to avoid this type of ingredients.

Drink probiotics

The good bacteria of Yoghurt assist during the digestion, in reducing the quantity of air in the intensities, and scientists from the University of Manchester proved that probiotics decrease the stomach bloat.

Decrease salt

Experts claim that with restricting the income of salt in the organism on only 3 grams per day can significantly reduce the bloating of the stomach. The salt binds with water and thus causes bloating. Most of the quantity of salt, is entered in the organism trough snacks, chips, crisps.
