Day 6: Rice and Veggies
This is another feast day as you can consume one cup of rice for lunch and choose any vegetable you prefer. Drink 12 glasses of water.
Day 7: The Finale
The last day you should consume one cup of rice, fruit juice and vegetables. The fruit juice will clean your body of toxins, which is a perfect way to finish this diet plan.
