How to Shed 8 Kilograms in Just 7 Days

GM (General Motors) diet plan is perfect for those who want to be fit to wear bikini or just want to lose weight to be healthy. This company established their diet plan for everyone and some people claim that they lost up to 8 kilograms with the help of this diet.

How to Shed 8 Kilograms in Just 7 Days

This is the 7 day diet plan which is designed to help you lose between 5-8 kilograms:

Day 1: Eat Nothing but Fruits

The first day you must consume only fruits. Every time you feel hungry consume fruits. Not even vegetables or a small piece of chocolate. The recommended fruits are: watermelon, peaches, cantaloupe, custard apples and strawberries.  If you feel thirsty, drink a lot of water, eight glasses minimum.  You can consume any fruit you like, except bananas.

Day 2: It’s All-Vegetable Day

Day two is the day you need to consume only vegetables. They can be cooked or raw, but don’t use oil if you cook them. Don’t forget to drink 8-12 glasses of water when you feel thirsty.

Day 3: Combine Fruits and Vegetables

On this day it is allowed to consume any fruit and vegetables you like, except bananas and potatoes. The same amount of water as mentioned above is recommended.

Day 4: Banana and Milk

This will surprise you, as the bananas were not allowed previously, but you should eat them the 4th day. You need to consume at least 8 bananas and drink 4 glasses of milk.

Day 5: Rice and Tomatoes

This day is also known as the feast day as you can consume a cup of rice for lunch and six tomatoes throughout the entire day. You need to also increase the water intake as your body will produce more uric acid because of the tomatoes, so drink up to fifteen glasses of water.

Day 6: Rice and Veggies

This is another feast day as you can consume one cup of rice for lunch and choose any vegetable you prefer. Drink 12 glasses of water.

Day 7: The Finale

The last day you should consume one cup of rice, fruit juice and vegetables. The fruit juice will clean your body of toxins, which is a perfect way to finish this diet plan.

This GM diet plan is perfect as people will lose weight without starving. The key is to consume the right food whenever they feel hungry. That is why this diet plan is considered to be healthy and effective as well.
