Sweating caused by heat stroke
While you‘re taking a walk outside, it is warm, and you suddenly start sweating and getting dizzy. It is the first sign that you’re close to heatstroke. At that point if don’t drink enough water you’ll be in great danger. It is necessary to find deep shade. You’re not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages or drinks with caffeine in these moments, because they worsen the dehydration.
Sweating caused by a fall in blood sugar
Increased sweating can be a symptom of a sharp drop in blood sugar. This problem can be solved with consumption of chocolate or any sweet you can find in the moment.
You’re pregnant or entering menopause
If there is a possibility you are pregnant or before menopause, expect increased sweating and pay close attention to this process. In this case, avoid drinking alcohol and beverages with caffeine.
You have hypertension
If you can’t find the reason, you must see a doctor because it is possible you have hypertension. It is a condition in which uncontrolled sweating occurs without any particular reason.
