If You Want A Flat Stomach, Stay Away From The Six Following Foods You Probably Consume Daily

Avoid consuming salt

You must avoid foods rich in sodium and salt as high amounts of salt cause water retention in the body.

Do not eat carbohydrates.

If you want to lose belly fat than you must stop consuming bread and paste. Instead eat foods rich in proteins.

Reduce the milk consumption

Are you a milk lover? If you are, than you must be aware that it is one of the main causes of gasses and feeling bloated. Reduce the milk intake or if you can replace it with yogurt or hard cheese.

Quit eating hot spices

If you want to lose excess fat than you must avoid spicy food which causes increased secretion of stomach acid and causes irritation as it won’t help in losing weight.

Quit consuming coffee, alcohol, processed food and sugar

These foods and beverages should be avoided if you want to reduce belly fat because they accelerate the fat accumulation.

Choose the right fruit

Although apples and pears are healthy you need to avoid them as they are rich in fructose which slows down the digestion. Consume citrus fruits instead.
