In many restaurants and pizzerias there is a lean vegetarian pizza on the menu, but it is mostly made with vegetable cheese, and it is not a completely lean product.
Namely, this cheese contains milk proteins and whey, and only milk fats have been replaced with vegetable fats. That’s why it would be best to make a lean vegetarian pizza without vegetable cheese or possibly with the addition of soy cheese.
If you want to make your own lean vegetarian pizza, below we will give you some recipes on how to make a delicious pizza.

Now that you have prepared everything, roll out the dough you made, put it in a baking tray and spread it with the onion and tomato filling, then add the vegetables. Place mushrooms cut into rings, thin rings of tomatoes, rings of green and red pepper and hot pepper that you have cut into rings. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 5-6 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, then remove it from the oven and add the basil leaves.
