5 baked potatos, 6 cups of plain yogurt
Day 2
200 grams of cooked chicken, 6 cups of plain yogurt
Day 3
200 grams of beef, 6 cups of plain yogurt
Day 4
200 grams of fish, 6 cups of plain yogurt
Day 5
Unlimited amount of fruits and vegetables, except bananas and grapes because they contain sugar, 6 cups of yogurt. Do not mix the yogurt and fruit.
Day 6
1 liter of yogurt
Day 7
1 liter of yogurt
It is recommended that the meat and potatoes are consumed during lunch time, while the other meals are replaced with yogurt. With drinking yogurt you will reduce the calorie intake and in this way you will increase the amount of calcium as well.
