Lose 14 pounds in 7 days by consuming this product (Effective Diet Plan)

One of the most popular, but also a very strict diet plan, is certainly the one with yogurt. Fermented dairy products are known to be very important for  proper functioning of the intestine and they also accelerate the metabolism. If you are persistent, with this popular diet you can lose up to 14 pounds in 7 days.

During this diet you shouldn’t consume sweetened yogurt, but occasionally you can replace plain yogurt with cream, or (preferably) sour milk. The secret of this diet plan is that yogurt contains a large number of bacteria that positively affect intestinal flora, but is not recommended for people who suffer from bloating due to dairy products.

This diet plan is quite rigorous, and therefore you shouldn’t follow this diet plan for more than seven days. If you want to try the yogurt diet, think about it as a detox plan, and after seven days return to normal diet.

After a month, you can repeat it. Those who have tried it, claim that the results are fantastic. If you don’t want to regain your pounds you should make a body detox in a way that one day in a week you will drink only yogurt.

Menu

For every day you have a certain amount of food that you can eat and drink, and you should decide when to consume those products. Use a 200 ml cup.

Day 1

5 baked potatos, 6 cups of plain yogurt

Day 2

200 grams of cooked chicken, 6 cups of plain yogurt

Day 3

200 grams of beef, 6 cups of plain yogurt

Day 4

200 grams of fish, 6 cups of plain yogurt

Day 5

Unlimited amount of fruits and vegetables, except bananas and grapes because they contain  sugar, 6 cups of yogurt. Do not mix the yogurt and fruit.

Day 6

1 liter of yogurt

Day 7

1 liter of yogurt

It is recommended that the meat and potatoes are consumed during lunch time, while the other meals are replaced with yogurt. With drinking yogurt you will reduce the calorie intake and in this way you will increase the amount of calcium  as well.
