  • 2 pieces of lemon peel
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • spoonful of honey
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger

Directions:

In a cup of boiling water put all the ingredients and mix well.

  • 125 grams of horseradish
  • 3 lemons
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 piece of ginger (2 cm)

Consumption:

Take 1 tablespoon of the syrup before meals or exercise, twice a day.
