Lose Weight: Unbelievable 10 kilos in 15 DAYS!

– Balanced diet without carbohydrates

Psychologists have proven that every person who has lost weight gains confidence, unlike people who have excess weight and only want to lose weight but are not doing anything about it.

This diet is very effective. It completely excludes carbohydrates, but it is balanced.

Lose Weight Unbelievable 10 kilos in 15 DAYS!

Such a diet plan is useful for people who have difficulties with digestion and are not satisfied with their skin.

You will lose weight in just two weeks; you will look healthier and feel more energetic.

Weekly diet plan:

 Monday:

 Breakfast: 1 orange (citrus, peach, pineapple, except banana), 2 whole grain biscuits or 2 slices of toasted-bread, coffee or tea without sugar.

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, a cup of yogurt or kefir

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 500 g of vegetable salad (tomatoes, cucumbers), and 2 pieces of toast-bread.

As you can see, the dinner is extensive and will satiate you, so you will not have a problem with sleeping. It is important to drink a lot of fluids (water) during this diet. It is recommended to avoid salt and replace it with herbs and spices.

Tuesday

Breakfast: Same as Monday.

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup yogurt or kefir, 2 biscuits or 2 slices of toasted-bread.

Dinner: 150 g beef (boiled or grilled), 1 tomato and 1 cake.

Wednesday

Breakfast: same as Monday.

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, yogurt or kefir, salad made of vegetables.

 Dinner: 150 g meat, 1 orange, 1 biscuit or 1 slice of toast- bread, tea or coffee.

 Thursday

Breakfast: is the same as Monday.

  Lunch: 150 g low-fat cheese, 1 tomato, 1 biscuit.

  Dinner: 150 g meat, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 biscuit.

Friday

Breakfast: same as Monday.

Lunch: 200 g of fish (steamed), 1 tomato, 1 biscuit.

 Dinner: 500 g boiled or stewed vegetables (carrots, onions, cabbage, and zucchini) or 2 boiled potatoes, 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato.

 Weekend

During the weekend you can eat normally. It is important not to overeat, do not consume alcohol, and avoid canned food and salt.

You will lose weight significantly within these 15 days. This diet with limited carbohydrates always gives excellent results.

When you reach the desired weight, it is enough (eg, Monday) to follow the below mentioned menu once a week and the lost pounds never return.

 Breakfast: 2 cups water with lemon juice

 Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 biscuit (or toasted bread), 1 tomato, 1 apple

 Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 biscuit, 1 tomato.

This diet is especially suitable for those who dream about slim body their entire life. It works 100% if you follow the rules. So you will lose 7-10 kg for two weeks!
