Lychee tea
To make a healthy refreshing beverage you will need:
- white tea
- 5 cups boiling water
- ice cubes
- Canned Lychee
- Mint leaves
Procedure:
Add 1 teaspoon of lychee tea in a cup filled with boiling water, and keep it covered 10 to 15 minutes. Store the strained juice in a glass jar. First let it cool at room temperature and then place it in the refrigerator.
Fill the half of the glass with ice cubes; add a few Lychees, fresh or canned and two tablespoons of the syrup. The other half should be filled with ice tea and garnish with a mint leaf.
If you wish you can also add a little vodka.
You can also make a delicious smoothie if you blend 1 cup of fresh or canned lychees ,1 peach and 1 cup of frozen strawberries. Serve immediately.
